Here is another bridal I made. Amy wanted a simple vintage-inspired dress for her wedding. The only details she really had her heart set on were deep pockets and a belt with a bow. The dress is made with very heavy satin, which is my favorite part. It has a boat neckline, with a darted bodice, and a gathered knee-length skirt. Extremely simple, but still charming.
That is super cute! I love how modest it is. You could almost just make a normal everyday dress from that pattern!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous dress and bride, beautiful photos! Agree with Jenn - this would make a great everyday dress pattern, especially for spring!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! Such a stunning, clean dress! I made a semi-handmade wedding dress once, and it scared me to death!
ReplyDeleteThat is really pretty! What a different style, but stunning!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful dress! The fit is superb and I love the simplicity. It looks so lovely on her.
